Gentrification isn't all bad. It helps people get rid of properties at a decent price and move near their jobs, without gentrification they won't be able to sell at a price which gets them a shelter near job. People who inherit their parent's old place, can sell and get some money, instead of not being able to sell and not being able to afford to fix it.[/quote]
