Yes. The General Assembly session convened on January 11 (and will adjourn on April 10), he was inaugurated on January 18, today is February 19, and he's the governor of Maryland, not the speaker of the Maryland House of Representatives or majority leader of the Maryland Senate. If you're interested in his climate stance, look to his administrative actions, not his legislative priorities.[/quote]
