[/quote] I remember all those times in HS when my friends and I sat around and wished there were more socially awkward kids who wouldn't look us in the eye and we would likely never socialize with. Man we wished for more of that!!!! You don't get neurodiversity by having kids look for it in an interview. Even if you did, you don't have nonprofessionals diagnose and identify it (adults or kids) in a 10 minute interview setting.[/quote]
