His legacy will be what he has done post-presidency.  Unlike many of his successors, he chose to use his fame as a president to raise money for very worthy causes instead of giving speeches and writing books to gain wealth and build mansions for himself.  I have a lot of respect for him.  [/quote]

And that’s why people hold him in such high regard. He is truly humble man driven by his faith who walked the walk, putting public service and charitable efforts above personal wealth. Moreover, his charitable efforts were tangible rather than fluff. He rolled up his sleeves and actually made a difference.

No other past president comes close when comparing morals and service.

I hope he transitions peacefully and I hope his family finds comfort in the fact that he is admired and beloved and his legacy will live on in the history books.[/quote]
