The “kitchen staff “ world can be a lot of things, and yes of course there are people who have lives a little more on the edge. And yes, depending on the kitchen it can be a high pressure environment so it’s not for everyone. But my kids have worked in kitchens for years and always had good experiences, there can be a real esprit de corps to be found there, and all kinds of skills to pick up along the way.[/quote]
