It doesn’t say what you apparently think it says. :?: [/quote] I read it and standby what I wrote. No matter what date you select, there will be some where it's an advantage and some where it is not. Recognizing that this will always be the case, using the actual birthday removes all arbitrary age dates and is the most fair way to do it, which is why they do it that way. [/quote]
