Now if it was a service dog, it’s a tragedy because the service dog is presumably supposed to help a disabled person avoid such accidents and that didn’t happen. I am seriously not trying to be crass. It’s just one of those words that is incorrectly used so frequently. [/quote] You are one f’ed up person. Your definition of “tragedy” is pedantic. I don’t know anyone who thinks irony is required for an event to be tragic. This poor guy dying from a freak accident on metro meets the definition of tragic for any normal English-speaker. [/quote]
