Instead, some other group would be set up just for that purpose. The reasoning I guess is people who commit traffic offenses end up getting arrested for other infractions during the traffic stop.[/quote] But yet no one is arguing that the other crimes were made up. Traffic stops help cut down on crime because it gives an opportunity to catch the big fish.[/quote]
