The suggestion of premade prepped meals is probably a good one! [/quote] Agree. OP you are spending just as much on take out. If you get the meal prep it’s all there. Being deliberate about your eating is 50-80% of weight loss in my experience. Same goes with maintenance and overall health. Your BP numbers will come down if you start learning to eat without all that sodium and your sleep will improve. Trust the collective here. [/quote]
