I got down to 140 last summer but 137 is my ultimate goal. Then I gained back 5 pounds to 145. I lost the 5 pounds over the past month and want to keep going until I get to 137. I am tall so a few pounds makes a difference. It would make me happy to be there. But if I keep gaining and losing these 5 pounds, am I just not meant to be 137? I don't want to feel deprived. I haven't had dessert in a month.
Almost the same stats. I decided my body is meant to be 142 pounds. I could stay at 137 but it takes a lot of work, and it just isn’t worth it to me. My body is awesome, even at 142, and I’m much happier.
+1 In addition to the comments above, which I completely agree with, I'm also the ONLY person who knows or cares if I weight 137 vs 142.
