How big of a chicken breast are we talking about here? A 6oz chicken breast and some vegetables is one meal. A small (5oz yogurt) and some berries is a small breakfast. You are describing the dinner and breakfast of my 5yo.

Posts like this are why people think that people seeking this drug for weight loss are disordered. The diet you're describing - that you need medication in order to stretch a 6oz chicken breast and a salad over 2-3 meals - is deeply unhealthy. [/quote]

NP. Well when you have 100 pounds to lose and have been obese for years and years, that's how you have to eat to become a normal weight. It sucks but it's true. That's why these drugs are a game changer. You can make the changes necessary to get to a normal weight without unsustainable hunger.[/quote]
