Because if you change it, it goes both ways: "After all of the shit CLINTON did, and for which the DEMS gave him a pass on everything, any politician to follow gets an automatic pass from DEMS for everything. After HILARY, DEMS have given up their right to criticize anyone for anything". Now I would say the offenses are not equivalent but, Rs will never see or at least admit that.
