But I was already pretty "good" in 2/3 of those categories - I am really active and I barely ever drink. My diet had gotten away from me, and while I didn't eat fast food, I had basically devolved into eating most anything I wanted and too much of it. So hard-core adherence to a more healthy diet has paid off thus far. I think the next 13 will be much harder, though.[/quote]
