I work in a Title 1 school that had a salad bar before COVID and is getting one soon. Kids do love it. Everyone took something. Our principal announced we were getting it, and kids are excited. There is both fruit and veggies on it as well as some protein choices. The bar is positioned so that you have to pick up your tray at the bar and go by it in order to get to the kitchen where the entrees are. [/quote]
