Argh its tough, Golds is about $55 while onelife is $79 - so a $24 difference (50% more!).  I really like what OneLife offers as far as pool, nicer and cleaner facilities, but they are a little further away, and who knows maybe I'll just end up on an elliptical machine watching movies 99% of the time (I'm trying to restart healthy living as I've hit obese BMI and a myrid of health issues, so baby steps).

Golds is 15 min while OneLife is 20 -- nothing is closer other than YMCA, which apparently closes at freaking 8pm???

Onelife is $79!?  I joined six months ago it was $39 for one gym, $49 for all gyms.

$49 for all gyms at Onelife?  I asked them about it six months ago at Onelife in McLean and they said there was no such thing.  I even called the corporate office and they also confirmed no such thing.  I ended up paying $79/month.[/quote]

Yes, I signed up at the Germantown gym (by Wegmans).  There was a huge sign that said $49 a month.  It's definitely a thing. I'll look to see if it's still there, I only chose that one by chance. It's not my main gym, but sometimes go there based on class schedule.[/quote]

Put in your zip as 20879. That's Germantown Basic- $39 a month + $79 one time set up fee. Or Germantown Premier for $49 a month with a one time set up fee of $79.  Premier also gives access to Onelife Anywhere on Demand programs.  I've used that when I had family members with Covid and couldn't get out of the house.

Are you confusing the set up fee with the monthly fee?  If not, it would be worth it to set up your account in Germantown and save $360 a year.
