Compromise.[/quote] I agree with this. I feel for you, OP. I think you are "right" in wanting whomever she wants around her after labor. But I also think that there needs to be some compromise here. Maybe the compromise is that NEITHER set of parents come to see you in the hospital and that no one stay with you overnight in those early days, since your husband seems to be locked into tit-for-tat mode. By the second week, you may have a better idea of how you're feeling, and will be more up to longer visits. I know it's weird because your parents are local, and probably not totally fair, and awkward. But something's got to give, here.[/quote]
