The academic approach is "traditional," and the kids move from class to class a fair amount (separate art, music, PE, Spanish classes) and have 2 recesses/day (mid-morning and after lunch). All the teachers are wonderful, and there is a definite focus on social-emotional growth as well as the opportunity for individualized academics. My 2 kids couldn't be more different, and Grace has been great for both of them. It is not a school "for" kids with learning disabilities, but they have been very flexible with us (my son has a speech/language tutor come into the school).
