I am extremely proud of myself for knocking chicken nuggets out of the rotation. Plus some sort of microwave vegetable, either carrots or cauliflower or broccoli. My kid enjoys “cooking” with me, which basically just entails us throwing items into the instant pot and turning it on.

Am I broke from the housekeeper? Yes.  But I start my day with a clean house, a happy child, and I have zero housework to do during the week. We are happy and content and love doing activities and play dates and spending time with friends and not having to worry about cleaning and housework.[/quote]
