Plenty of companies use multiple systems (google, microsoft, inhouse) and yet manage to have a coherent email system. NOT MCPS! You will find NO other professional organizations that make electronic communication so complicated. So, given you are full of BS as far as "that's just the way it is", the relevant question is why would MCPS PURPOSEFULLY implement such a cluster-f of multiple email systems?
