But TSJ did not set this expectation. It was understood TSJ would keep scores and record these for standings. If TSJ sets this as the expectation they should hold themselves accountable for doing this to the highest standard. It’s their brand and that should mean something.

As noted by others, final scores in a winter league really don’t matter in the scheme of things. But tell this to a group of competitive players who will tell you they want to win. There is nothing wrong with this competitive spirit. And nothing wrong in questioning the efforts of those keeping score. It is not too much to ask TSJ to honor what they committed to doing, keeping accurate scores.

If TJS does not want to make this commitment and hold themselves accountable for accuracy they would be better off simply stating scores will not be kept. And let coachs/parents/players decided if they want to play. My guess is they will still play, but at least expectations will be aligned.[/quote]
