Again, there is reasonable evidence that he broke the law. That's why he's been charged. If you think he is wrongly accused please explain why he didn't break the law.

In the case of the retaliation charge, that's completely unrelated to the bathroom incidents at the high schools and it's obvious the teacher was fired for violating student privacy.

As quoted he says "no sexual assaults" he later back tracked during the meeting and said no assaults by transgender/gender fluid  students. The rapist was wearing a skirt and blouse. His mother said that he's "pan sexual" and described gender fluid behavior.

If you don't think these charges are appropriate or correct, what do you think the remedy should have been for a school district that failed to report the rape to the state as required by law? For the people who knowingly did that? [/quote]
