It's pretty terrible that the former superintendent has been charged. So I hope no other area is as awful as Loudon County is being.
It's absolute bs that he is being charged. This is sick political theater and he should sue.
Again, there is reasonable evidence that he broke the law. That's why he's been charged. If you think he is wrongly accused please explain why he didn't break the law. I know that Alexandrians think it's fine when a bathroom rape is covered up but the reality is that it isn't.
You do understand the criminal charges against Ziegler have zero to do with covering up a bathroom rape, right? Are you also familiar with the saying a prosecutor can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwhich?
Please explain why he is wrongly accused.
In the case of the retaliation charge, that's completely unrelated to the bathroom incidents at the high schools and it's obvious the teacher was fired for violating student privacy. In the case of saying there had been no incidents involving transgender students sexually assaulting other students in bathrooms or locker rooms, that was true. No transgender students have assaulted other students in the bathrooms.
As quoted he says "no sexual assaults" he later back tracked during the meeting and said no assaults by transgender/gender fluid students. The rapist was wearing a skirt and blouse. His mother said that he's "pan sexual" and described gender fluid behavior. If you don't think these charges are appropriate or correct, what do you think the remedy should have been for a school district that failed to report the rape to the state as required by law? For the people who knowingly did that?
