[/quote] No, because TO parents generally think colleges are adequately equipped to determine who is qualified. Those against TO disagree that colleges are equipped to make that determination. The latter group also seems to presume that those kids not submitting scores did terrible on the SATs and that's really not the case. I know everyone screams grade inflation, but colleges get a school profile. Even with inflated GPAs and no rank, they know who is a top ranking student.[/quote]
