Admission standards are much higher for UGa than for the other schools on your list. The University of South Carolina might be an option to consider for one thinking about Auburn, Tennessee, Alabama, and Clemson. The University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) in Oxford, Mississippi fits in better as well.[/quote]

Clemson’ s standards were pretty close If not the same as UGA for early action and acceptance rate expected to fall below 40 percent.  I would say it is closer to UGA than the other schools.[/quote]
