What are you talking about?   Yes, in the past many kids took Health in the summer, but the vast majority took it during the school year, and your kid can, too.  It's not fair that MCPS hasn't quickly designed an online version of this course so that your kid can enroll in it outside of the normal academic year, and in the summer of your choosing?  My word.  Just take it as part of the school year, as you do every other required course!

DD has taken required courses that do not meet her academic goals over the summer to make room later in HS for double-period AP science. It is legit not to have space in the schedule for Health and need an alternative.  It is MCPS who has failed in providing adequate opportunities for the class of '25 to complete this requrement.[/quote]

My older kids did this, too, and my youngest cannot.  Oh well!  Such is life.[/quote]
