Every undergrad should have: An exercise class or 3-4 days a week in a sport or at the gym A personal finance class ( or to know the difference between a stock and a bond, basic investing) A basic statistics course A nutrition class An organizational behavior class A negotiation class A human sexuality class A happiness or mental health class (like the popular happiness class at Harvard) A non European or non American history or literature or religion class
These are great, and I love the last one best because I don’t think I’ve had such a class and would benefit. A foreign language class is also very important. And the statistics class evaluating research to decide whether the conclusion stated is credible, right? It included this for me and that was very helpful. I wish I had taken Economics so I would have a better idea of the forces at work. I just watched The Bullish Farmer, and he points out that small farm and organic farms would be a lot more competitive if they received the government subsidies of the Big Ag owned farms.
