Not if you have an emergency situation and get taken to the nearest ER. I had two friends in college that found out they were pregnant when they started bleeding with a miscarriage. What if it was an ectopic or a threatened abortion with infection or hemorrhage? There's no safe way to dodge these laws, even with money or proximity to safe states.[/quote]
