[/quote] That is not a regular occurrence in well run high schools with principals who know when to be tough and when to be flexible. Theere would never be propped open windows and doors in schools where I've worked. For one thing, windows were locked tight. Cameras in office that keep surveillance on every door. Teachers in hallways between class changes. Police officer in every high school. Rapport building activities between students and staff. Adults have to swipe badge or show ID before entering only one door-- front door [/quote]
