I wonder how many men accused of sexual assault at Stanford received an email threatening to withhold their diploma? I would be shocked if it were any. Certainly if a woman decides not to file a complaint, there is no discipline. Meanwhile, she spills coffee. He doesn’t file a complaint. And Stanford still goes for the nuclear option. That’s an absurd over reaction. Did they learn nothing from Brock Turner?
It's such a crazy over-reaction. All the time I'm reading the article, I'm thinking if there is another side to the story? Sadly, I do believe her parent's side and what they said in the article. It is just such a crazy over reaction. Like why the overreaction? Will Stanford really go to those lengths to protect their football players?
Generally when a story has one side acting in a nonsensical way, It I isn’t accurate. That’s why I think her parents are missing some facts.
Ahhhh. The “Stanford’s actions were so bad that it clearly could not have happened that way” defense. How did that work out for them with Brock Turner? A lawyer signed his name to this. As Trumps lawyers are finding out, if the lawyer doesn’t have a good faith basis for the assertions, his law license is on the line.
