We used to have the interns in our office. Basically nothing except it is off cycle and the school helps you get them (because you need them). Our Northeastern interns were good. They were hungry. We also had Harvard interns who were doing it as part of a class one of my coworkers was teaching there. They were not very motivated and sometimes didn’t show up. Probably innately brighter, but harder to get them to do the work.[/quote]
