But I’ve tried to make homemade Mac and cheese multiple times in different ways (various cheese, roux, milk proportions, baked/not baked) and the truth is, most kids don’t like- if you are using cheddar or another real cheese. They just don’t. If you want to please a crowd of kids, you must use American or velveeta. You will have the highest percentage of kids who will actually eat it if you do[/quote]
