Unless a prof assigned something on Monday of Thanksgiving week due Wed or the next Monday I don't see the issue. Most professors detail key assignments in the syllabus given out in August/early Sept. SO your student likely had the opportunity to work ahead and not have tons of HW over thanksgiving, most just chose to leave the assignments to the end (like majority of kids do) ;-) [/quote]
