The U.S. has exported mayhem and instability to its neighbors south of its border for how many generations? Why? Because it fears a strong Latin America could challenge America on various fronts.

Well, just lookie what it led to. Latin Americans fleeing their broken countries and pouring into America. Before too long, they will be the majority population. Before too long, the U.S. culture will be a reflection of its changing citizens.

Why would the U.S. want to weaken Europe? That is as dumbass as weakening Latin America for short-sighted reasons.
