You can try talking directly to the Principal.  If that doesn't work, I would also warn that a Complaint from Public (CFP) is unlikely to get a correction and even if you hired an attorney and went straight to MD District Court, you're unlikely to get a correction in time for HS or future class selections.  Expect MCPS will play games and stalling tactics.

This type of thing is why I personally did not vote for any BOE incumbent, since I've seen where they've backed the school on doing this type of thing in the past.  I think it's a pure Evil thing to do, but I doubt anything will change as long Wolffe is in charge.

What you can do to pressure the board is go to the press.  They seem to care more about their public image more than anything.   But you have to weigh if that will embarrass your kid.
