In other countries, waiters aren't tipped. Instead, they are paid an hourly wage or even a salary by the restaurant. In exchange for that pay, they are expected to provide good service to the customers. If they don't they lose their job. Here's the crazy part: it actually works better than the system we have in this country. [/quote]
