I'm assuming that the "heated" conversation led to the Director questioning whether this parent would actually pay and the conversation may have involved tuition rates or late fees? I just don't understand why a conversation between a parent and a Director would need to get "heated". We are all coming out of a very tough 2 years and educators in general need all of the support that they can get right now.[/quote]
