Reminds me of calamari or octopus, which many people love. It's cleaned before cooking, so I don't know what the pp means by "undigested food" with it. If you eat meat in general, it's far better not to let any part of the animal go to waste. If you eat things like ham, that's pig butt flesh, so gross is in the eye of the beholder.[/quote]
