Why don't you mention that? All employment policies are residence agnostic. Do you know any business that has one paid sick day policy for DC residents and another for non-residents? Do companies give a different number of paid vacation days based on residence? Of course not. If you think that mothers should return to work immediately after giving birth or that employees should not be allowed paid time off to care for ill family members, just say so.
