[/quote] The kids are allowed to eat lunch anywhere at RM. In the hallways, in the classrooms (for clubs), in the cafeteria. Yes, the school is overcrowded. But the principal should definitely offer a reminder to students that they ar expected to behave appropriately when off campus as lunch time. [/quote]
