The prosecutor dropped the charges, hence, the complaint didn’t have merit.[/quote] The AD withdrew the complaint therefore the prosecutor dropped charges The fact that the police were there and made several citizen arrests but did not arrest any staff is telling as to what really happened. Because the AD decided he wasn't satisfied with the decision of the police, he took it upon himself to file a complaint on his own. In my corporation, if I filed a complaint against a coworker, I would fully expect to be let go[/quote]
