I am not a psychologist or sociologist, but I did work in the criminal justice system in the late 80s/90s in Baltimore City, and saw all kinds of horrible crimes. But they were almost all personal -- DV or gang turf wars. Not this type of random mob violence against a woman in broad daylight. I think it's the "mob" aspect that bothers me so much. [/quote]
