We recently moved from the DC area after living there for 20+ years. Demand has always been there. It’s the over the top parents that make it suck. Sorry, there are waitlists for everything. The main selling point of our house was we sold it with a pool membership. Not even in a competitive division but still with a 5+ year waitlist. Welcome to DC. [/quote]
