[/quote] apparently it's now important to make asking the date to go to HC a big deal, and record it on instagram. I really despise social media. My kids will be going to HC, but they are not making a big deal out of it. I have told my kids that HS is fleeting and all of this stuff will have very little impact on your future. Sure, have fun and enjoy your HS years, but don't make it such a big deal. You are going to be in for a world of disappoint once you leave HS if you make every social thing about HS a huge deal.[/quote]
