I think the hang for most people is that you have to give up the things you like the most. You don’t, you just need to change how they are prepared or how much you consume. I do yoga or stretching for 20 min everyday. A 45 work out with weights 2-3 days a week. And 20-30 minutes of cardio/intervals on days I don’t lift. I eat a high protein yogurt & granola 4 days week. Bagel or biscuit sandwich a couple days a week, and then one day a week I have the typical American breakfast, pancakes and bacon, chicken and waffles, sausage eggs home fries etc. Lunch is typical lean protein heavy chicken or fish. Since I eat lunch right after my workout I get a double portion of protein. Yesterday I had Thai, and had chicken ka prow, no rice double chicken. Then dinner I usually just have smaller or not as bad portion on what family is having depending on what it is. Half the battle is just cutting out the BS stuff, which I eat just less of or smaller portions. If I have an unhealthy snack I will add in extra work out time to reduce calories in other places. It is all just calories in and calories out. Not a magic formula. And now I look good. [/quote]
