Lay off the protein shakes and bars. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Cut the alcohol. (There's nothing wrong with drinking three times a week, but if you are trying to lose weight, this is an easy place to save calories.) 2.) Exercise. Walk more. Incorporate bursts of speed. Strength training twice a week is good. Up your cardio and intensity and see if that helps. [/quote]
