But sure, let’s split hairs and pretend they are separate.[/quote] Yes it is the same organization but for cub scouts you are required to have a parent there most of the time and definitely on camp outs. So even if you do not believe the new rules have cleaned house for Boy Scouts, at the Cub Scout level multiple parents are always around. [/quote]
