For me it’s specifically written down. At the point I can no longer do XYZ, and am cognitively intact and able to express my desire to end things. My kids know about it and we’re going to Switzerland. [/quote]

Actually if I ever get that sick, become a burden on my kids, this is my plan.  I'm going to get majorly drugged up and go swimming.  There will not be a nursing home in my future, that is for sure.[/quote]
