It was worse on weekends as alot of kids congregated there to find out where the parties were so they could convoy to them.  Huge brawls a these parties in Potomac and in NW as well.  There used to be a movie theatre near that McDonalds on Van Ness, across from the Post Office on Upton and it was always having fights in the 90's when I was living in DC.  It was on the news all the time.  Its not new people.[/quote]
