Does anyone have any recs on what to take for recurrent UTI infections, apart from antibiotics and enough fluids? At the end of my rope here... Do berry teas actually work? (the internet says zero evidence..) Thanks to anyone who has advice.
Well, you need to see a urologist- forget teas, they may need to scope you. Also, depending on your age: you may need a prescription of topical estrace (estrogen hormone) to place a small amount around your urethra- those tissues thin and atrophy with menopause as well making you more susceptible to UTIS.
