My DH is 220#s and we run together, he almost doubles my calorie burn because of his mass. I suppose the way to go would be to do the calc yourself with your HRM. Today I did spin and burned 600cal, so as per your formula I should get 7.5pts, according to my WW online tool, I actually get 9 points. However, I'll still take the 9 points. I find that WW is a tiny bit too restrictive for me and leaves me pretty hungy. However I'm already normal weight, just tring to lose the last 8#s.[/quote]
