The WISC is much more correlated with giftedness than the CogAT.[/quote] FCPS knows that parents with some extra money are more likely to prep for the CogAT and the WiSC. They don’t trust the test results because parents are prepping their kids. The scores are invalidated by prep and the schools know this. So they don’t use the scores any more. [/quote]
